WHITE-LABEL PROMO, with promo sticker on front. HYPE-STICKER on front. Vinyl plays nicely; a few light hairlines (play-graded). Inner-sleeve is original (generic white); two seams partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with mild wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge with splits and developing splits. Some wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use with large divot at center. (Not a cut-out.)
Martin Mull & His Fabulous Furniture in Your Living Room was the comedian's second album for Capricorn, and it was one of his best. The “fabulous furniture” refers to the set of tatty thrift shop white elephants Mull uses onstage to create the proper ambience for his character – a schlemiel convinced he is a serious musician but forever putting his foot in his mouth. Featuring such classic, uproarious routines as Dueling Tubas, Ukulele Blues, Licks Off of Records, 2001 Polka, Martin, Leon, Elton and John, Ah, France and In the Eyes of My Dog. If you don't get his humor, you won't get this record, but if you do get it, go out and get it. It's funny.
