We ship within 1 Business day.  Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next business day.

Returns

We strive very hard to provide you with a smooth transaction, however there may be times when we are not successful.

To return an item (s)

Click on "return item"

You will be provided with a prepaid return label

Return the item (s) to us for a full refund.

We accept items that are opened, but all pieces including the box (not mailing envelope) has to be returned to us

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item.
