Shipping Information
We absolutely guarantee your order will be packed and sent to your desired postal address. You can track your delivery at any time with your provided tracking number during your parcel's journey. Once your order is shipped, all control over logistics is passed over to the couriers and out of our hands. While the chances of and error during shipment are slim, problems do happen. This is why we offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Your tracking number will provide the location of your parcel. If your parcel has been delivered and you request a refund a case will be opened for investigation. Remember, honesty is the policy. WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER? If you've ordered multiple products it is likely your items will arrive within a few days of each other. You may have received multiple tracking numbers. Returns
If you should have any problems with the item, contact me within 30 days of receiving it and I will provide a full refund (return shipping included) upon its return. If on the other hand, you are returning the item simply because you no longer want/need the item, or ordered the wrong size (depend on the table of sizes), you will be responsible for return shipping. Please contact me before initiating a return.
