Cast Iron Washington DC Ashtray. Hand Painted. Drunk Holding onto Lamp Post Bottle Opener still attached. I find no markings on the bottom of the ashtray. Entire unit is about 5 inches tall. Colors are Well Worn and show their age. Please see picture close-ups.
