Hungarian Hot Wax (Capsicum annuum) is a medium hot pepper that is a cross between a banana and chile pepper. It's mildly rated with a SHU of 750-3000 on the Scoville scale. This annual will turn from green to yellow to red with maturity and will be approximately 5" long. Excellent for pickling or drying for your favorite salsas or just spicing up your favorite dish. Very easy to grow and tolerant to heat
