For your consideration, and as far as I can tell, it's an extremely rare and unusual Tommy Boy (the Hip Hop label, not the Chris Farley laugh-fest...) men's overshirt,  in a vivid red colorway and made of a loungewear style fleece material, in very good, lightly used condition.

I've Googled all the various options I could think of for pinning down exaclty what it is and from what era t comes, too....absolutely nothing came up, not even remotely similar...
