There is is 3/16" tear at the front upper right edge -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, indentations, corner folds, browning pages, rub-wear & soiling, etc -- spine leans to left with NO top to bottom spine crease, but 1 side to side crease -- overall condition Good Minus
