DVD's can and do shift during shipping, which could cause some to be delivered scratched.  New items are all brand new, factory sealed, and will leave here in brand new condition. 

RETURN POLICY

Lower Price Media is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any defective or damaged item. If you receive an item different than what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact us.

All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.

All items/returns that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of sale .

If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 10% restocking fee on the sales price or $3.50, (whichever value is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons.

If for any reason a customer returns an item that is not damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price or $3.50 per item (whichever is greater). In this case, the shipping costs (shipping to and return shipping charges) will not be refunded. You will receive an email message indicating that your refund is complete. This process usually takes about 2 ? 5  business days from the day we receive your return.
