I have tried to build this inventory stock control database template to be a basic and simple to use stock management tool. It may not have all the bells and whistles but still has quite a few features to help you organize and track your stocks. As this template has been designed in Microsoft Access (for Windows based computers) you will need MS-Access or the free MS-Access runtime to use it (which you can download from Microsofts website). Note: It is intended for home or small business use. I have split the database into 2 files - a frontend and backend and both files should be kept in the same folder.

 

          Now for the Main features...

? A simple stock setup form makes it easy to create an inventory of your items. You can link to and view pictures or documents of each stock item;

? Quickly book stock in or out using the Goods Received, Sales or Stock Take adjustment forms;

? You can change the default display currency symbol;

? A low stock warning that shows on the product screen prompts you if there are any products equal or below the specified low stock indicator;

? Get various reports out. The reports can also be exported;

? I will provide free email support where possible (within 21 days of purchase);

? If required I can usually do further customization for a reasonable fee.
