This lovely dark golden amber glass ashtray lightens and darkens with the thickness of the glass. This ashtray was made in the 1940’s to 1950’s by glass maker Fostoria. It measures 10" in diameter and is very heavy weighing about 3.5 lbs. Four beveled rests will hold cigars, pipe and smaller tobacco. Made of thick, quality vintage glass. Colors are true and vibrant. Ashtray in in excellent used condition with just a few surface scratches on the base that are barely noticeable and not deep.
My items are shipped from Canada and I use Canada Post - we do not have a media rate or first class shipping as in the US. Canada Post charges by the size and weight of the items. When you receive your parcel, shipping costs do not reflect the 15% HST we have to pay in Nova Scotia on stamps or the 9% Final Value Fee now charges on shipping. I do not ship on weekends or holidays as there is no mail service available at Canada Post on these days.
