This set has 8 pieces...a shepard with sheep...3 wise men....angel...Mary.... Joseph ... amd the baby Jesus in a manger.  They are painted to look like glass ornaments...pearlized with lots of golden accents.  The tallest is 3".  They are heavy for their size.  

This  nativity set is preloved...but it looks perfect to me.
