This is the Digimon Spirit-Digivolving Figure of Chackmon Evolution to Blizzarmon.
It was an Asia-only version release.
This is one of the most unusual items in all of Bandai’s catalog. They very rarely (apart from season 1 and 2) make toys for characters that aren’t very popular.
Constructed from solid plastic, it’s of a surprisingly good quality and the paintwork is perfect. No parts of the characters were sacrificed for easy transforming.
Chackmon is very heavy but stands up well.
Blizzarmon’s head tucks away inside the chest compartment, and his fists turn into cannons which clip on the side of Chackmon’s head.
