Vintage Edy's Sporting Goods #4 basketball jersey.  Unknown team but I'd guess a local club or school from many years ago.  Size 40.

Jersey is in good condition.  There is a hole on the back - shown in picture #7 & #8

Measurements:

Chest (armpit to armpit) - approx. 17.5"

Length (shoulder/neck seam to bottom hem) - approx. 27"
