Guardian Service 12-Inch Fryer with Glass Lid. Guardian Service cookware was made by Century Metalcraft Corp., which started in Chicago in 1933 and moved to Los Angeles in 1938. It closed after the building burned down in 1956. The pan is 12" wide. Including the lid, it is 6" tall. The lid has a couple of small nicks. Please refer to photos.
