RARE 1996 BLUE- ULTRA CLASSIC DUAL MODE DIGITAL BLUE DYNATAC PHONE + good hydride 7.5 V battery - low minutes +MINI ME BONUS

Manufactured by Motorola in March 1996. This RARE end of the DYNATAC/BRICK Era (CDMA/AMPS) is different because it is DIGITAL(TDMA).  It has a large Green LED display and an excellent exterior and crystal.

These phones were made in LOW PRODUCTION NUMBERS . They were being displaced IN 1996 by the MUCH smaller Star Trek communicator style MICRO TAC MOTOROLA FLIP PHONE with its dummy pull up antenna. The price is based on rarity and condition and inclusion of a perfect Empire State rubber antenna, original box, two batteries.

The original ni-cad (MODEL BN:9800, 7.5V/1800mAh) can barely hold a charge, the second battery is a 7.5V HYDRIDE, obtained from Volker Artmann, GERMANY.  Who is now out of business.  Hence you can no longer get one. I own six.  It can charge and run all your bricks. Without this working battery you are tethered to the enclosed 12V CAR ADAPTER and the car or a 12V POWER adapter.  With this battery you can show this to all your friends for better personal enjoyment.  

These low production,  end of era brick phones in this condition are hard to find and to the techno collectors are a good investment.   It has low cumulative minutes and  a NEW replacement rechargeable battery. 

The phone powers up, dials with good audio, BUT WILL NOT CONNECT TO TODAY'S NETWORK. Possibly in Europe. 

It gives off an audible beep, beep and displays “NO SERVICE”. The phone is seller tested.

A bright green ORIGINAL MOTOROLA NOS bright green with mini antenna, 5V red led indicator wall charger. Double USB cord.  This is a DUAL SIM CARD PHONE (not included). It charges up, has a small screen display and since it is digital from 2015, it is internet compatible, messages, phone book, ringtones, rechargeable battery (works), switchable bottom pointing led light, date, time many settings. 

The case was lubed and slides down by pushing firmly but carefully from the top and installed carefully in reverse. It has no minutes or an assigned number. Easy to navigate thru the settings. It comes with an original box, charger, and instructions. 

Came sealed but unwrapped to test.  It is about 5 1/2 inches long and l 1/4” wide. Very light weight. Inside are two sim slots and a battery installed.  

It was able to dial out for EMERGENCY and the camera is fully functional and the audio clear!!!!!! 

The techno geek/collector would love this pair and possibly get the MINI up and connected.  

NO GUARANTEE ON CONNECTIVITY OR SIM ACTIVATION.  The colored screen is bright and you can run thru all the settings. 

It has its own IMEDI # AND IS AN AUTHENTIC MOTOROLA.  MODEL M888???? The crystal still has plastic film protecting it. Box, charger and manual included. It's NOS never activated!!!!

Included is a new 110V AC to 12V wall adapter.  Now you can plug the car adapter into this at home like in your car. It’s a brand new adapter.  Please note It’s probably not a good idea to leave it plugged in for long periods. 

IMPORTANT:  NEVER PUSH THE LOCK BUTTON.  Turn off power when done. Do NOT leave it in wall or socket for an extended time.
