The Plates were Destroyed. 


Only 125 examples are signed and Numbered by Neiman.. 


This is #83 out of 125. 


Bold large pencil signed Neiman on lower right. 

Connors and Borg autographs on front in plate, seen also in the plate says, “West Tennis Club, Forest Hills” and of course, “US Open 76”. 

Etching is 13 3/4" X 21 3/4 unframed. 

It is  professionally wood framed and double matted under glass. 

The dimension framed is 32"x23".

The  Image and the frame are in perfect condition..


BONUS:

On reverse of frame, as a BONUS are included Three (3) original Tickets to the September 4, 1976 - 11:30 AM match. The tickets are Numbered #498, 499, 500. 


Take yourself back to 1976 with this time machine. 


THE image is bright, not faded, or damaged. It was purchased new with Shipping tissue. 


The COA comes from Knoedler Publishing dated May 1, 1977 and signed by M.P. LEIBOVITZ.  


Leibovitz published a catalogue of Neiman Etchings called Catalogue Raisonne. Obviously this COA is signed by a Neiman expert.


Take yourself back to Sept 4, 1976. You have the tickets. Included.also as Bonus,  are images of Neiman and Connors.  The dust back perfect. 


It is wired and ready to hang. Some galleries sold this for $4000, even before Neiman died (June 20, 2012) .Great investment.
