This rack was given to me by my daughter.  She just used it for coffee cups and her little glass carafe coffee pot.  

The bottom part has a metal frame with two circles on both ends and the middle section has a tea light warmer reservoir.  

Coffee cups are displayed on the top hooks.  The bottom can store creamer or sugar bowls if they are the right size

The circles on the bottom measure 2 7/8 inches in diameter for one and the other one measures 3 3/16 inches in diameter.  The middle circle measures 4 1/4 inches in diameter

The frame sits on 4 small ball feet.  They will have to be straightened as it is a little wobbly

The wing nuts that are holding the cup holder and bottom together can be loosened for shipping
