Madam, Will You Talk? Gothic Romance Paperback Book by Mary Stewart Suspense 1964

When Charity Selborne arrived in the picturesque French resort town of Avignon, she had no way of knowing that she was to become the principal player in the last act of a strange and brutal tragedy. Most of it had already been played. There had been love -- and lust - and revenge and fear and murder. And now the killer, with blood enough on his hands, was waiting in the wings.

Book is in acceptable condition. General shelf and corner wear. Light staining on interior and exterior. Cover fraying along the edges. White marks on front and back cover. Spine has some issues (See photo #3). Piece of tape on the spine. Small tear in the upper right hand corner along with a few scrapes. Previous owner signed their name on the inside first page in the margin. Some scrape marks on the back cover near flap. Cover looks to have been repaired at some point as their is some glue lines on the inside seam. A solid reading copy. Please see photos for details, and let me know if you have any questions.
