The Crisis History Paperback by Winston Churchill Washington Square Press 1963

This is a novel about the events leading up to the American Civil War, by the American author Winston Churchill. 

The story is set in the author's home town of St. Louis, Missouri, the site of pivotal events in the western theater of the Civil War, with historically prominent citizens having both Northern and Southern sympathies.

Book is in acceptable condition. General shelf and corner wear. Some staining on interior and exterior. A few white marks on front and back cover. Spine has some issues (see photo #3). "1.00" written in marker on the front cover. Some small scrapes on the back cover. Tear on the flap in the bottom right. A piece of tape on the spine. Cover looks to have been repaired at some point as their is a glue seam. A solid reading copy. Please see photos for details, and let me know if you have any questions.
