I I never thought I would sell this wonderful little painting. It is one of my very favorites from my personal collection. I bought it about thirty years ago from a lady named Doris Seaborn in a little shop in Pitman N.J. I love everything about it- the people, the snow, the birds, the flags, the ancient Trinity Church at the end of the block and the Federal Building on the right, where George Washington was first inaugurated at the birth of our country. (Wall Street was just a dusty dirt road back then) Beside the painting itself, I don't think I've ever owned a more lovely frame, or one more perfect for the picture it displays. I'm sad to let it go. But it's time.
