PARDON MY BLOOPER-Crest Books, 2nd pb pr., 1959-Good    SUPER BLOOPERS - Gold Medal Books, 1st pr, 1963 - VG-      PRIZE BLOOPERS/BLOOPER PARADE/BLOOPER   BLACKOUTS/BLOOPER BLOWUPS                                          by Kermit Schafer-Gold Medal Books, 1st printings,1965-1971    Overall Condition: Very Good++                                                                                                                                                Here's the biggest batch of Blooper books on Bonanza!   Schafer, a radio & tv producer, made the term "blooper" famous with his collections of on-the-air slips of the tongue on records and in books.  PARDON is a revised edition of the original collection (spine tears and chips, spine lean, stain on 4 pages, small check marks through book, light page toning;  the binding is intact but not firm).  As with all the books, there are cartoon-like illustrations.  SUPER has short spine edge tears, modest wear around spine top, some spine lean & light toning but secure binding and no markings.  PRIZE is a tight, square copy with only slight wear and lightly toned pages (the tight binding and the toning apply to all books).  Ditto for PARADE, but it has more of those check marks on many pages.  BLACKOUTS' only real defect is light moisture staining at bottom of pages and a corresponding curl to the lower corners.  BLOWUPS has a wrinkle across the spine and parts of the covers & a narrow line of yellow down the back cover edge, else looks great.  Some of these titles are getting scarce.
