Former San Gabriel Valley Council Boy Scouts of America (SGVCBSA) and Sierra Madre Girl Scout Council Tournament of Roses Troop 1991 patch.  Tournament of Roses Troop is formed annually to carry banners introducing the trophy winners at the Rose Parade held in Pasadena, California.  Patch measures 3" in diameter and is in mint condition.
