Both doors manually open as they should.  The back door and sticker is still with the unit as they tend to be missing.  The top is missing its two brackets that hold it on but they can be found for very little money.  The top has one repair as seen in pictures.  The unit still has its three weights and pendulum.  A missing eye on one of the birds but is hard to tell.  I am assuming it may or may not need some adjustment / oiling before functioning.  It hasnt been tested.
