Spine has small splits at top and bottom as can be seen in photos. Pages are tanned. One page has writing in pencil, but otherwise text is free from markings or rips. Binding is fair, but has some rippling and it appears to have been repaired many decades ago, as a few sections show signs of glue staining that do not interfere with text. No pages missing.
