Easy to grow from seed. Can be grown outdoors as perennial in zones 9-11.  Otherwise, can be grown outdoors in containers to be brought indoors in winter as a houseplant.  Brightly colored yellow, heart shaped, two-lipped flowers.  Grows to 8 inches tall.  Known by several different names:  slipper flower, pocketbook plant. Blooms late spring thru early fall.

• Will bloom in about 120 days from sowing.
