Item description for ELGAR p/n 5606080-01 Rev. 01 BSS BIT Built In Test Chassis

I don't know how to hook this up to power and so I am not able to test it. It did come with several Elgar components that did power on though. I am offering this AS-IS. Please see pictures for cosmetic condition.
