Aircraft Part Starter Relay RBM S-1991-1 12V

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition, except that the mounting strap is bent as can be seen in the last picture. It is not tagged as to the aircraft type or the condition status. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
