Item description for ETEC Systems Microscope/Lithography Accessory

This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition except that it has some chipping. We are not able to find much information on this item and we're not sure of its exact application or what equipment it is for. It doesn't have any part number or markings. It seems to be some type of alignment instrument. It swivels and seems to operate smoothly, but we cannot test it further. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
