Tag says super high rise ankle jegging. No holes. Has 2 front pockets, one inner front pocket, and 2 back pockets and belt loops.  Inseam is 22 inches. The whole length of the pants from waist to bottom is 33 inches. Waist is 21 inches.  Made of 97% cotton and 3% Spandex. It fastens with a zipper and a button. There is slight fading on the knees as shown in the second picture. You can no longer read the leather patch on the back of the waist.
