I have seen this form in the large basket but not so much in the top handed sugar and creamer.

Shaped in a kidney or heart shaped form with split top handle. 

Adorned with dark blackberries, foliage and blossoms.

Deep reddish browns handled outlines in gold.

The large handled berry basket measures 9" x 6" x 2.5" deep and about 5" tall with the height of the handle.

The open sugar is 4.75" x 4" x 2" deep and 4" tall with the handle.

The spouted creamer is 5" x 5 x 2" deep and 4" tall with the handle,
