Vintage Handmade Apron Waist Tye Pink Rose Floral Pocket Coated

Meaasurements (all approximate):

Width across the bottom is 34.5"

16" across the top

19.5" top to bottom

Tie width is 3.5"

It is 88" wide/long including the ties

Not sure of the material - I think cotton? The ties are not coated, the waist area isn't coated, nor is the pocket. The apron part (are with print) has a coating on the front, I guess to be able to wipe off spills and spots?

Never worn, in excellent conditiona nd from a smoke-free environment.
