This book is written by the legendary horror film actor and art historian, Vincent Price.  It contains many black and white captioned photos as well as some full color plates of monsters.  The intro itself was interesting.  This is not a children's book (see photos for an example of the text). The intro alludes to the monster in all of us, our imaginations, our fears, and our fascination with monsters.

The book is in good condition.  There is wear to the corners.  The back cover and some pages have creasing.  There is some discoloration from age.  I don't see any writing.
