Lovely vintage sterling silver ring with a large turquoise stone measuring 19mm high.  The ring has a rope twist detail and etched designs around the outer rim.  The ring is size 6 and weighs 5.92 grams.  

There is a little wave in the shank next to the crown.  See please photos.  Patina consistent with age.
