set with Lapis lazuli large stone also set with diamonds. All set in yellow solid 14k gold. the ring is large and well built and the band is thick as well.

Cabochon approx - 21.2x17mm, face of the ring approx 30x25mm at widest. 3 white Diamonds each approx 1.6mm each! ruby is natural like a raspberry color, translucent cabochon. the enamel has a little age but visible only with magnification. 7.2x6.1mm
