Pretty dress worn twice by my child to concerts/recitals. It was purchased new for 60.00 at Macy's.
Dress measures 30.5" shoulder to hem-please check measurements first-this is a short above the knee dress. It zippers partway down the center of  the back. 

the top is more of a close-fit with the skirt portion flaring out when it is on. The bottom is not slim-fitting. 

15" underarm to underarm for dress

• poly/cotton/spandex with polyester lining It feels like a heavy satin on the outside 
• front flower on top
• horizontal waist folds/pleats
• ties in back at waist
• no holes or stains but is wrinkled from being in a tote since daughter outgrew it. 
• It was cold washed and line dried.
