- Description: Vintage 1940s pre-owned glazed porcelain serving set with floral design and blue, yellow, red and off white colors
- This is a child’s size miniature serving set that includes a creamer, sugar bowl without top, 2 plates, 4 saucers and 4 cups
- The sugar bowl is about 4” long, 2 oe” tall (without a top) and 2 5/8” wide
- The Creamer is about 3 OE” long, 2 ¾” tall and 2 OE” wide
- The 2 plates are 4 OE” in diameter, the 4 saucers are 3 ¾” in diameter, and the 4 cups are 2 ¾” in diameter and 1 OE” tall
- Considered very good, rather than excellent condition, because of the missing tea pot, missing top for the sugar bowl and missing 2 plates
- However, the china does have vibrant colors with no discoloration, no crazing or visible wear
- They appear radiant under a light, and the porcelain is thin enough to have light pass through it
- Would make an interesting display piece in a curio cabinet and would take up minimal display space
- They do have slight manufacturing irregularities that are common with vintage items
