Very sparkly Weiss brooch.  All the rhinestones are securely set with prongs. The center of the piece is domed, the outer baguettes curved upwards, making this a very dimensional piece!  The block letter signature on the back dates it to the 1940’s.  

The brooch has an aura of quality and class.  It is in excellent condition.
