Overall in very good condition but has a small piece missing from back cover. Dated 1938.  "For sunshine and flowers, For bright happy hours..." Are the beginning lyrics. See photos. Measures 7 1/2 by 9 inches in size.  The small piece was in the envelope and so will be included for those who know how to repair such things.
