This VTG Rolling Stones Magazine 717 September 21 1995 Jerry Garcia Grateful Dead is in good condition. 

There is a crease in the front cover right upper corner and the back cover lower left corner. 

There is a small tear on the back cover near the top. 

The areas around the side staples are showing wear as well as the back cover.
