Signed in 1945 with a facsimile signature of James Forrestal, Secretary of the Navy. Measures about 8" x 10". The Sailor had served on the SS Walter A Luckenback, the SS Samuel Blanchford, the SS Marine Raven and the SS Marine Devil. Also listed are his awards and ribbons.
