Found these with some antique books from an estate sale.
A photo of one was sent to Hetitage Auctions and their response is below.
The quote is by Ralph Waldo Emerson, but I suspect it is in another hand as quotation marks are used. Emerson often wrote out verses and signed them, but when he did, he never used quotation marks.
Since they are his own words, there would be no need to use quotation marks.
The signature above is printed, as issued on this engraving. It is likely that someone wrote an Emerson verse beneath. Also, the ink has some feathering, which is what happens when ink hits older paper – suggesting that the quote was added at a much later time.
If authentic, a likely value would be in the $400-600 range each as they're unsigned. -Heritage Auctions
