This is a Disney Cast Exclusive 3-D Limited Edition Pin.
These are the Eyes & Ears pins that were released each month in 2002.
This pin was exclusive to Cast Member purchase at Company D.
They would have to show a valid ID and could buy
 up to 2 of each pin for the 2 weeks they were sold each month.
This pin features a bottom pin that is maroon with a black border.
At the top of the maroon base pin it has "2002" in dark silver and at the bottom of the base pin it reads "Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Eyes & Ears" also in dark silver.
The top pin is white with black writing and drawings.
It reads " Walt Disney World EYES & EARS".
Mickey Mouse is poking his head through the "&" and smiling with his eyes closed.

This pin was released in December of 2002.
