This is handmade,hand sewn, genuine polyester material materials, sold wood unpainted,unstained dowel, which I made and attached with the nylon tied cord, cut to size. can be removed & adjusted. Will look nice either way. Comes with a nice mailing tube as shown. The flag measures 12 x 18 inches flag plus the cord.
