Adhering to Azden's highest engineering and performance standards, the 3500 series shotgun microphones are handcrafted in Japan to meet the stringent demands of video and broadcast professionals. The SGM-3500L is a 10" long shotgun microphone with a hypercardioid pickup pattern for maximum side noise rejection. The microphone's long acoustic interference tube creates a more focused directional pickup that performs well in noisy environments.

At the core of the microphone's high performance is Azden's newly developed high-sensitivity microphone element, capable of capturing rich detail, with ultra-low self noise and a wide frequency response tuned especially for speech. The all metal brass body ensures durability and provides excellent rejection of external RF sources. A gold-plated XLR connector prevents corrosion and ensures good connectivity.

The SGM-3500L is backed by Azden's longest warranty term of 10 years (with online registration) unmatched by other microphones in its performance class. Included with the SGM-3500L microphone is an articulating mic clip with 5/8" and 3/8" thread adapters, a high-density foam windscreen and a deluxe hardshell case. Each microphone is also tested before leaving the factory and is accompanied by its own frequency response chart.

Major Appliance and Furniture may take longer due to being shipped via a Trucking Company. White Glove Delivery (which includes Delivery, Inside Placement, Unpacking, Installation/Setup, Removal of Debris) may take a few extra days.

We only ship to the lower 48 US contiguous continental States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to US Protectorates, APO/FPO and PO Boxes. We also do not ship internationally.     Product Warranties

    All new products have Full Manufacturer's Warranty. Unless specificly stated, Refurbished products might carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty or only a limited 30-90 days Warranty (please ask before you buy). Unless specificly stated, used products carry no Warranty but can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    Returns / Exchanges & Refunds

    30-Days Return Guarantee

    1. Returning/Exchanging
    If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier. That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly. If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange. Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#. In such case no refund will be possible.

    2. Time allowed for Returns
    If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 7 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you. After 30 days you will need to contact the Manufacturer directly for Warranty Repair.

    3. Condition of Returns
    In order to make a return, the product must be in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it.

    4. Shipping & Handling Costs
    If the return is due to our error, we will pick up the product at our expense. If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, the actual shipping and handling costs (both ways) will be your responsibility. If you do not like a product or no longer need it, this is not considered our fault and we will not issue a shipping label for the return. If you ship the product at your expense please insure it for the full value of the order.

    5. Restocking Fees
    If the return is due to our error, the product was damaged in transit or DOA (Dead On Arrival), no restocking fee will apply and we will refund 100% of the item's price.

    If you refuse delivery or decide to return a product because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, have buyer's remorse, found a cheaper seller, you don't like the product or the product doesn't fit your needs, a restocking fee will apply:

  • Any unopened item in original condition: We will refund 80% of the item's price.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or original packaging for reasons not due to our error: Depending on the condition of the item received, we will refund from 50% to 70% of item's price or we could also return the product to you and not refund anything if the product is in bad condition or missing important parts.

    Refunds can take 5-10 business days from the date the item returned was received by us or by our supplier.
