Plush is in well-loved condition and would be a suitable replacement or a good shelf sitter in a shabby chic decorated setting: 

-many loose threads in the looped, ribbed sections

- worn and frayed tush tag

-white sections of bunny are not possibly as white as they once were

Colors are white or off-white, a very pale green, yellow, and light pink. 

-Plush and weighted with pellets in bottom  

This reminds me of the Blue Moon plush dolls and toys.
