This is an issued Men's polyester sailor jumper top with 2 front pockets. This was used on the USS Maryland as the stripe on the uniform reflects. Shoulder to shoulder measures 18" x pit to pit measures 22" x shoulder to hem measures 27" x sleeve length measures 24".
