The back looks like someone wrote their name I think in pencil on it. Looks like "Tabitha" not positive. 

This is the very first Annual Hoops in Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Lots of celebrities were there. Tom Arnold, Richard Greico, Tommy Chong just to name a few.
