It is brand new. It doesn't come in the original box and didn't come with a manual, but I printed one. It is packed very well. It has a touch screen and it is programmable. It has a water reservoir and comes with a reusable coffee filter, as shown in last picture. I am willing to combine shipping on items and will consider reasonable offers.
