Vintage 80s Silk Floral Dress with Polka Dot Print Trim - Made in Hong Kong - To my eye this is purple, but some may see blue. Like a dark periwinkle.

100% silk - thin and smooth - not stretchy - dry clean. Sleeves are approx 17" long with elastic in ends. Buttons at back neck.

No size tag - owner wore size M - See measurements for fit. 19" underarm to underarm with material flat. 38" bust. 20-32" smocked stretch waist, free hips, 16.5" shoulders, 18" bodice, 50" long.

Flaw: a faint tan stain on one shoulder, some faint tan marks on collar - see closeups.
