The Cover is a Dual Cover- which means it opens up.  The inside is signed, "Thanks For All Your Love, Lionel Richie". 

 Condition is preowned with no chips, cracks or missing pieces.  The cover has a few marks, scratches &/ or dings- but this doesn't affect use & it's not torn & no holes.  I cannot test Record to see if it works- This was obtained at an Estate Sale & was in an older gentleman's collection.  No returns because I cannot test.  The record has a few scuffs but no huge scratches or bends.  RC
